There are lots of small things you can do to help alleviate the discomfort of rhinitis for your baby. Give your little one plenty of liquids – the nursing or bottle also provides a bit of comfort. Create a steam room to reduce stuffiness or use a saline solution nasal spray to clean the nose and loosen up the mucus.
