DID YOU KNOW?

There any ways to help to keep your child free from a common cold. The easiest is to frequently wash hands – children and adults alike. Because children aren’t bothered by a runny nose, viruses can end up on everything: hands, clothing, toys. Another way is to sneeze into your arm and not your hands to avoid spreading the virus.
