Nasivion® Nasal Spray – for a blocked nose
INGREDIENTS

Each ml of Nasivion® Classic Adult Nasal Spray contains:

- 0.5 mg Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride USP (active ingredient) in buffered aqueous solution

- 0.3 mg Benzalkonium Chloride Solution 50% IP (as preservative)

PRESENTATION

10 ml Spray pack

10ml glass bottle with dropper

Dosage and frequency of use:

Spray one puff into each nostril 2-3 times per day OR Instil 1-2 drops of the solution into each nostril 2-3 times per day.

Storage instructions:

- Preserve in tight containers at a temperature not exceeding 30°C Close the cap tightly after use

- Do not use if seal is broken

- Keep out of reach of children

Four easy steps to relieve your blocked nose
As Spray:
  • Clean your nose by gently blowing over a handkerchief or tissue
  • Insert the nozzle into affected nostril by tilting the head forward in erect posture
  • Use the spray by squeezing the bottle once and continue normal breathing inwards (inhalation)
  • Release the pressure from the bottle and comfortably remove the nozzle from the nostril
  • Repeat the same steps while applying in the other nostril
  • Do not forget to replace the cap tightly after use
As Drops:
  • Clean your nose by gently blowing over a handkerchief or tissue
  • In sitting posture, tilt your head back as far as possible OR in lying down posture, the head can be tilted backwards or comfortably arched over the edge of the bed
  • With the bottle inverted over the affected nostril, allow sufficient time for 2-3 drops to fall and spread inside the nose
  • Repeat the same steps while applying in the other nostril
  • Do not forget to replace the cap tightly after use

Nasivion® offers three different forms of nasal decongestant: depending on your preferences, you can choose the metered spray, the traditional nose spray or nose drops. The easy-to-use metered spray makes spraying the right dosage– just one spray is all you need. The traditional nose spray comes in the well-known squeeze bottle. It produces a mist that you simply inhale through your nose. Finally, you can opt for the nose drops. They are just as effective, but require you to tilt back your head when applying.
